DEMI AU PAIR PROGRAMME IN AUCKLAND AND WELLINGTON

Au Pairs Relaxing Demi Au Pairs in Class

September was an exciting month for both of The Campbell Institute campuses in Auckland and Wellington.

In Wellington we welcomed 17 new Demi Au Pairs, who are based around the Wellington Region. In Auckland the families and colleagues welcomed 12 Demis. All of them are located within the Eastern suburbs around Howick/Pakuranga/Bucklands Beach.

At the Auckland campus an orientation programme was organized by the PUKEKO Club. This is an external organisation for Au Pairs and Demi Au Pairs.

It also provides a 24-hour helpline for Demis and families and organises trips around New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. We would like to thank Marina at the Pukeko Club for the great introduction week and the boat trip to Waiheke Island with our Demis.

We would also like to say thanks to the Demis for supporting Pink Ribbon Day. All of them, including their teacher Richelle, went to the city center to collect money on the fundraising day for the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
