Hong Kong Overseas Studies Centre (HKOSC) was established in 1977 under Hong Kong Student Travel Limited (HKST) Education Information Centre and incorporated in 1985 with the purpose of providing free educational counselling and information on all aspects of studying and living overseas.HKOSC now represents over 2,000 overseas institutions from around the world, covering Boarding & Day Schools, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) Colleges and Polytechnics, Further Education (FE) & Community Colleges, Universities and English Language Schools as well as offering the High School Exchange Year programs in Germany & Netherlands as well as other study abroad programs. On average, 1,500 students annually have successfully gone on to these overseas institutions.
