Private rental accommodation usually suits students who have been in New Zealand for some time, and who would like increased independence. |
| Price includes: | Usually room only, but sometimes includes electricity and phone bill. |
| Assessment and quality assurance | Please note that The Campbell Institute does not quality assure private rental accommodation, and therefore can not guarantee the quality of such accommodation.
