NEW PERU WORKING HOLIDAY SCHEME
3 Month Visa
A recent Working Holiday Scheme agreement between Peru and New Zealand will enable young people to live, study and work in each other's country.
The study entitlement of the scheme provides opportunity for education institutions to offer Peruvian youngsters short term courses in New Zealand (currently up to three months in total).
Peru and New Zealand are committed to strengthening ties across the Pacific, as members of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), which Peru hosted in 2008.
Peru also announced its intention to participate in the expanded Trans Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPP) negotiations, which currently encompasses New Zealand, Chile, Singapore and Brunei (also known as P4). <.p>
New Zealand has a network of Working Holiday Schemes around the world, including five other countries in Latin America – Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Uruguay.
